I am writing to express my gratitude for addressing an issue I raised regarding the behavior of the Ctrl + Mouse wheel function in the Windows version of Max. As I reported in my ticket, the default behavior on Windows was inverted, mimicking the macOS setting, where:

While macOS offers an option to switch this behavior to match Windows/Linux, unfortunately, Windows does not provide a similar option, leaving software developers to address this individually.

I am pleased to inform you that the issue was resolved on October 30, 2024. This may seem like a minor issue, but your responsiveness to user feedback is truly appreciated. After 19 years of using computer programs, I can confidently say that you are the first company to actively listen and implement a fix for this particular problem.
