I believe that the latest versions can be found on github, although it's not been updated in a while... take a look at

Same question here: I'm trying to resurrect some old patches that used Taptools externals such as tap.verb and the 4.3 release won't work in Max 8.  

I've tried googling for info and haven't turned up anything, and electrotap website doesn't exist anymore.

Does anyone know what happened to Taptools? Is it defunct and unsupported at this point?
