I'm trying to make a multisampled piano VST plugin with RNBO for a class I'm taking, with all the samples embedded. However, upon export the target export window seems to glitch out after a little bit. I receive no errors, but the export does not complete and I have to quit Max entirely to get the glitch to go away. I've attached a link to a screen recording of the issue, as well as the patch in question. Is there a specific reason this is happening, or does RNBO simply not support cloud compiling with embedding files of this magnitude?

Hello maxers, I've solved in the past but I don't remember. I would like to stay in other programs, but want the Max running in second window. For example if I map the keyboard with key object and I make clic on a screen of jit.window, it doesn't work. Also, if I'm writing in a TExtedit... it doesn't work. Let's imagine I would like to count how many spaces are in a writting text with Key object in Max, however if I'm on Texedit, it don't report anything...

I got an issue when capturing UHD video via a Blackmagic PCIe card using the device

The captured image is fine when using @output_texture 0 but it is half the width with artifacts when using @output_texture 1. See the screenshot attached.

Is there a solution to get the full width resolution for @output_texture 1 ?

By the way, DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder [Native]/ @output_texture 1 is the only setting where I am able to achieve 60fps as mentioned here:

The reference for umenu states that the color attribute takes four floats (rgba). However, if I send a message such as “color 0. 1. 1. 1.” to umenu I get an "extra arguments for message "color"" error. Sending a single float does not throw an error, it appears to index a color in a palette. Is there a way to set the toggle mode text On color in rgba?

It seems we have some problems for loading and parsing a UTF-16 text file using Max and V8, or JS. 

Both format can be loaded in [text] object with not error... Except the UTF-16 one shows an empty lines after each line. I guess that's the CRLF things etc.

I was very excited that the new max 9 release made the native input work for my ultrastudio 4k mini.  However I've been having trouble for a while, with both native and non-native inputs (the non-native has disappeared with my upgrade to sequoia).  If I leave my patch, or even the jit.grab Blackmagic help file open for a bit it disconnects and I have to reopen the device.  This is very disruptive to my microscopy workshops (running a sony rx0 II w/4k hdmi output for live video from my microscope).  I was wondering if anyone with this device had found a workaround.  Or, worse case scenario maybe someone could recommend another device to digitize video that is more max friendly?  I do need an output for raw video to an external screen on it.  I tried an Elgato 4k device but it drops frames here and there and this is very disruptive to my application- being the trails of microscopic critters, it make little gaps in the trails.  So far the 4k ultrastudio is the only device that does not drop frames, but it has this issue of disconnecting randomly, nothing in the max console about it.  It seems to happen more when I don't click anything in my patch and just go outside to vape etc, it takes anywhere from 3-20 min and it will always disconnect.

It seems that the resetmode argument of the train~ object doesn't work as documented:

To me it seems that the behavior of train~ is the same with resetmode 0 or 1: The interval change is always deferred to the next cycle. Even when I send a new interval value to the first inlet and then a bang, the beginning of the cycle is reset to the instance of the bang but the interval is changed only on the next cycle, e.g.

400 // value sent to train~ immediately before the bang

Is this a bug or a misconception on my side?
